• Profile information — your brokerage, territory, or role if you choose to provide it
• Waitlist information — email address if you join our early access waitlist

• Performance data — Daily 5 completions, streak counts, tier status, and deal logs you enter
• Device information — device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers
• Log data — IP address, access times, pages viewed, and crash reports

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Create and manage your account
• Process and display your performance data, streaks, and leaderboard rankings

• Leaderboard features — if you participate in leaderboard features, your display name and performance metrics may be visible to other users in your organization or region.

• Legal requirements — if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process (subpoena, court order, etc.).
• Protection of rights — to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClientRelay, our users, or the public.
